When you request a return, please contact  and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange within 2 days from the day you received your purchased product.

Items can be returned if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged

Refunds

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties. Once the item is received at the Lazen Art , the cost of the item will be refunded. You will receive an email from a Lazen Art’s customer care associate confirming that the item you wish to return has been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive the item for the refund to be processed.
